Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have recently purchased this notebook and noticed that it came with a samsung 8gb memory module out of the box.
Is this normal? Does HP ship notebooks with samsung memory modules or has this been swapped by someone before I got my hands on the notebook.

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

 

HP uses many components from other vemdors from CPU's, RAM, HDD's/SSD'a, screens, video cards to screws therefore RAM may have HP part number but it can be Samsung, Kingston, Crucial .....RAM and your machine has Samsung RAM which is normal.
