I've tried looking all over the internet to find whether my Laptop can be upgrade able or not? Thanks! (And if i cant upgrade it, can i replace the 4gb RAM with a 8GB RAM? without needing a extra slot).

That is technically true but on your model it has actual memory slots and can be upgraded to at least 8 gigs by adding another 4 gig module of DDR3L-1600. You have to remove the back cover and the memory slots are under there. Not for the inexperienced or faint of heart. Also the warranty might be revoked if you do it.
Pages 30 and 38 will show how to.
