I upgeaded from Win XP to Win 7 and HP scanner won't work. HP does not have a driver to support Win 7.

After double-checking this list, you're right in saying that there are no Win 7 drivers. On a slightly better note, there was a link to Third-party scan software solutions on HP's website. Give those drivers a try, they might work for you.
