The left hand corner of my HP Pavilion g7 laptop has popped up, and by the looks of your help site this is not the only one that is experiencing this.  What the heck?!?!?!? I've had and worked on other laptops (not HP) and I've never seen this.  Should duct tape it and ghetto-ize my machine!!! Sad

@SophiaNT1,

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Where do I find this information, I've had this laptop for almost 3 yrs. (in October) and just got rid of all the paperwork.  I trusted in the product I invested in.  It's a HP Windows Pavilion g7 that's all I've got.   I don't know whatelse to tell you.
