Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello,

My laptop won't boot up anymore due to RAM issues. I likely will need to replace the module, as I tried everything possible to make it work (eg. reseating the module, bios, etc.).

The current RAM module it uses is: m471b1g73qh0-yk0 (8GB 2Rx8 PC3L-128005-11-13-F3).

Does anyone know if I HAVE to get this exact module or are there any equivalents or other modules I can get that are better? I'd like to upgrade my laptop, so it can handle gaming and videos better. I have two RAM slots, so I'm willing to get 2 modules as well.

Thank you!
