I lost my receiver for G3T wireless USB Mouse which has below specification:

 

P/N: 684469-001
SPS: 684978-001
S/N: [personal information removed] 

Model : G3T 

FCC ID : PRDMU08

ANATEL ID: 1061-12-7717

CMIT ID: 2012DJ3810

SCT: RCPHPRA12-0699

 

Please suggest how to order for the receiver.

Unfortunately, you will need to purchase another mouse complete with dongle.

 

The reason is that the mouse and dongle are paired at the factory.

 

The only manufacturer that I am aware of that sells dongles that would do what you need  are only for their products.

 

Logitech is the manufacturer. They sell a unifying usb dongle.  It would not help you with your current mouse.
