Help, my keyboard is not working
I followed this tutorial but it did not work. I'm writing from virtual keyboard.
http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03738933
The keyboard works when I enter the password, but once I access the keyboard no longer responds.
Sorry for my bad english, help me!

Hi,
As the keyboard works until you log in, check the following.
Open windows Control Panel and in the top right, next to View by: select 'Large Icons'. From the new layout, select the 'Ease of Access Centre'.
Select the option 'Make the keyboard easier to use'.
If there is a tick next to 'Turn on Filter Keys', click the box to remove it, then click Apply and Ok to save this change.
