What does it mean,
Idoes that mean no more warranty or it means can be updated by HP only ?

A little of "both".
For example, if a CPU is soldered into its socket, it cannot be removed.
Another example: some HP laptops have a "half-shell" bottom, with no access-doors to the RAM or the disk-drive or the battery. It is highly recommended to hire a qualified computer technician to disassemble the computer, to change the RAM or the disk-drive.

Hi,
That simply means NON customer accessible / upgradeable or you can't access to it to upgrade. The real world is you can and most likely would break your machine and void warranty.
