I understand you need to know whether you can upgrade your laptop with Radeon Pro Duo graphics card.
I have checked the specifications of your laptop.
Since it's a laptop the options to upgrade the parts are very minimal.
There are few basic parts that you can upgrade on your laptop like Memory, hard drive, and optical drive.
I would suggest you buy a desktop PC, so you can upgrade most of the components in it.
