I am missing a driver call "Base System Device". Can anyone tell me which driver this is?

Download and install the JMicron Card Reader driver on the following link.

Hi,

 

Go into Device Manager, right click on the problem device and select Properties.  Click the Details tab, choose Hardware Ids from the dropdown box and post back with the details shown under Value.
