Hi,
after a Hard Drive failure, I have received a new Hard Drive and 2 CDs (one with Windows 10 and 1 with HP Appplication and Driver Recovery).
I have been looking for the procedure to reinstall properly my new Hard Drive, as if coming from the Plant: with Drivers partition and so on... But I have been enable to find such a procedure on the web.
Could you tell me if it exists somewhere? or could you help me by telling me if I should install the OS first and then the HP sofwares or the contrary, before I start. Thanks in advance

Hi,
Please use the following steps:
1. Install new HDD on your machine,
2. Boot machine from Windows 10 DVD. This process will install Windows 10 on your computer,
3. Put the second DVD to your computer to install drivers and tools/software on your computer,
4. Run Windows updates.
Steps from 1 to 3 will bring your machine back to Factory settings,
Step 4 will bring machine up-to-date.
After that, you can install other software/programs.
Regards.
