Can i upgrade my 2GB RAM to 8/16 GB? If yes then what type of RAM I shall choose?

Hi,
The following link shows the specs of your machine, it is an HP Pavilion g4-1109tu Notebook :

The specs says : Upgradeable to 8 GB DDR3
But please use the following manual to det the right part:
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03137358.pdf
The manual also shows you how to add/replace RAM.
