Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi. I was resetting my laptop due to storage issues and the laptop turned off  and the whole restting process messed up till the bootmgr file is missing i downloaded a windows setup file on another computer *NOT ORIGINAL* and installed via usb drive...Now everthing was finished some drivers wern`t available eg.wifi driver i had to download them but when i reached the syntpatics touchpad driver or so its installed says ready to use but i see nothing only some unknown device in device manager tried updating it and nothing went into setting-devies and still nothing it doesnt show anything there what should i do... i`m tired of using a usb mouse
