Dear community,
I've spent hours online already trying to locate the right replacement battery to buy for my computer, and/or and HP chat agent who could point to it for me. I bought my laptop in 2013 and it is not in warranty any longer.
The model is HP Pavilion 15-b116sa Sleekbook.
Is this battery not sold any longer?
or am I perhaps doing something wrong?
If it was no longer sold, how would you recommend that I solve the HP 601 Battery Alert message that appears in startup?
I've done all the recommended checks; it all looks like what I need is a new battery.
Thanks very much!

I understand, that depends on the reputation of the seller, finally if it is the only way to get the battery try to confirm with the seller, ie if the 2 year warranty are really effective.

Depends on the region where you are and the availability of this piece, check:

Yes, thank you; I've checked there a few times earlier today...
I guess my main issue with buying through Amazon is that I am never 100% sure it is legitimate and will have a warranty... If that's my only solution I may give it a try though.
