How can I find out if I can add more memory modules in my laptop?

Hi,

 

The following link shows specs of your computer:

 

           http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-15-Notebook-PC-series/8499333/model/8788166/document/c0475442...

 

Currently it has:

 

 
4GB DDR3L SDRAM (1 DIMM)

on 1 slot

 

Memory Slots
2 user accessible

 

 and it has 2 slots, that means you can add at least 4GB more on the second slot.

 

Please buy SAME RAM as the first slot to take benefits of dual channels RAM.
