Pavilion dv6-2111TcX
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello

Can i upgrade my dv6-2111TcX (Date05/2010) with a msata board ? I found there are two miniPCIe slots (AverMedia & WLAN) in the laptop.

And what the capacity limitation if yes?

Thanks

No. The use of the mSATA as storage did not come in until the 2d and 3rd gen Intel Core processors and yours is first gen.

If you try to put an mSATA disk in one of the ports it will not be recognized and may keep the laptop from booting.
