I just upgraded my HP pavilion 500-200T CTO desktop's memory to the max (16GB) I was wondering if I could upgrade my processor or is it "fixed" to the motherboard?

First the CPU in not fixed to the mother board.
Please refer to Motherboard Specifications, (Memphis-S).
About half way down you will see"Processor upgrade informations
Please keep me informed of how things went.
