Why can't I type some letters on my keyboard?

HP Netbook Mini 110-3760TU

Windows 7

My netbook has started to randomly miss the letters "i", "k" and ",".

i have tried to blow out any dust, a plus resarted the netbook twice (once where it worked for a short time).

will it likely be a hardware Issue?

Re: Why can't I type some letters on my keyboard?

Try to launch command prompt through recovery manager and check if it works there if it does not work in the command prompt it might be a hardware issue.

Thanks.  Did that.  Nothing.  I will assume its a dodgy keyboard and start a support request.
