- Will this void my warranty?

My touchpad needs to be tightened. I have experience with laptop repair and have all the necessary tools so I would rather not send it somewhere to be fixed. I also have accidental damage coverage.
Can I just fix it myself or would that void warranty?
Will voiding my warranty affect my accidental damage coverage?
Thanks

Hi,
I did mention few times: this is a very grey/gray area. We can't predict anything until we claim warranty. It is much better to send it to HP to fix.
Regards.
