Thank you for showing your interest in the HP Forums,
I’d like to help 🙂

I understand there are certain keys that aren't working,

As a gamer, i know that importance of those keys 😉

Don't worry as I have a few steps to help resolve this issue,

 

If you've checked the keyboard and none of the keys are physically stuck,
please try the below steps:

1) Go to control panel. 
2) Go to "regional and language option" 
3) go to "language “tab 
4) Click on details. 
5) Select the default input language as English (United States) us 
6) Installed services in keyboard select the US, click Apply 

Restart the computer and that should fix the issue.

If not, try an alternate/external keyboard and check if the keys work on that,

If it works on that, you need to replace the keyboard on the laptop.
