You can go to HP parts store adn in the top right corner choose your country (click on flag).

The part number you are looking for is : 

 

749655-001

 

From here you can directly buy original parts.

 

Here is the service manual for your PC, you can see part on page 20.

Start at: http://support.hp.com

 

Enter your model-number: 15-r074TU

and do a search.

Follow the "manuals" link.

Look for a "Servicing and Maintenance Guide", to get the HP part-number.

Access http://PartSurfer.HP.com   with that part-number, to see if HP has hinges to sell to you.
