Cyberlink YouCam is having some kind of hardware issue, please help! I have NEVER been able to see any images on the webcam. Tried to locate it in Device Manager but it doesnt show up. Even tried scanning for it. The HP support center said if it doesn't show up then there is a hardware issue & i have to contact customer support. I can't get thru to anybody.... any suggestions????
