in my laptop i have 8 gb and i want to up upgrade it to 16 gb
can i do it?
if i can, which ram i have to use it?

Yes. From the Manual:
Two SODIMM slots DDR3L-1600 MHz Dual Channel Support Supports up to 16 GB of system RAM
See p. 71 for instructions on the procedure. You have to remove the motherboard to access the memory slots which is not an easy thing to do.
This is the type of module you need:
8-GB memory module (PC3L, 12800, 1600-MHz) 693374-005
Pay attention this is DDR3L-1600 and is low-density and low voltage laptop memory. Where do you live (country)? Guessing Italy.
