Re: harddisk doesn't exist! boot device not found

My computer is a Prestation Model CQ57-208SO,
Produkt number LLU105EA#UUW

I am not sure of how to find out what exact version of Windows 7 I have. On the sticker on the back of my computer it only says Windows 7 Home premium OA.
Nothing about 32 or 64 bit.

Follow the troubleshooting procedures on this HP support document.

Did you create USB recovery media or a Recovery disk set?

If the troubleshooting procedures lead to  having to Contact HP for warranty service, you will need the recovery media to reinstall the operating system and drivers on your notebook.

You can purchase a usb recovery media flashdrive or recovery disk set from HP.

If you live in the US

If you live in the rest of the world.

I highly recommend the USB recovery flashdrive.
