Need an exact model number but the hard drive likely has a problem and may need to be replaced. Can you get into diagnostic mode by tapping esc and then f2 as you power up?

yes it goes to the hardware diagnostics UEFI....BUT THEN WHAT?

look for component tests and find the hard drive test. Run the full test.

Wher do I get the systems disc to reset the operating system

Download from the Microsoft Media Creation Tool site. Choose to make disk to install on another computer. Make a thumb drive version. I think you need an 8 gig or bigger:

When you have made this disk turn off the Stream and insert the usb disk then turn on tap esc and then F9 when you get the menu...boot from the usb disk and follow screen prompts to reinstall Windows 10. You will need to wipe the drive when that option comes up. Any drivers or apps you need that originally came on the system can be downloaded from this site.
