Hell world.

I  want to install a ssd drive into my laptop (DV7-7199ef, B9A700EA#ABF,2CE22615J9) . I  want to boot on the ssd, but I want to keep the original hard drive as un second disk (the first will be the ssd).

So what I need to install the ssd : power cable ?  adapter bracket ? SATA cable  ?other components ?

Could I find all on http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?SearchText=2CE22615J9 ?

Best regards

Christian

You will need the second hard drive caddy and cable sold here:

http://www.newmodeus.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2_5&products_id=498

You will put the SSD in the existing caddy and swap the original hard drive into the second bay using this device. If you need help with software migration/reinstall let us know.
