Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

my laptop is not working .... since i upgraded the bios.....

it shows a disk read error occured

however i have ran the hp vision diagnostics and now it shows fail in processor not in hard disk

error code - 10211

falure code - 01f

speed test error

faliure identifire - 9AMVWX-8688HS-MFPWXA-07VE03

help me please !@#$%^&*

Hi,


Definitely that looks like processor failure.

Do a hard reset, reseat hard drive in its bay and try tests again: http://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01684768

If you're within warranty, you can get board repaired or may be board needs replacement.

All I could suggest is contact HP technical support directly:

How much will it cost me to replace it ....... its not under warranty

Processor is integrated with board. Board only can be replaced if you want to.

I don't have 10-15k rupees to spend on this worse laptop

You can try giving it to a local laptop service centre preferably a board level technician to confirm the failure cause.

Other than this, I've no ideas coming.
