whats the max size micro sd card i can use in my hp stream 11 laptop/notebook with windows 10.

As long as it is a microSD, the notebook should support it. The notebook should recognize whatever size the microSD card is. I hope this helps.

I read your post about the microSD card, and wanted to assist you!
I am not sure I quite understand your question. Are you asking about the actual physical size of the SD card, or the amount of space on the SD card? In either case, as long as it is a microSD, it should work with notebook.
