Hello.Task manager says 1slot used of 2,and I can't find 2nd slot for ram.Is anybody knows where it is?I see there only one ram and no space for 2nd. model is hp envy x360 15-ar052sa amd a12-9700p processor.

Hi,

You have only one slot for RAM. Task manager might see two slots because you probably have 2048MB of onboard memory (soldered to motherboard) and the one slot offers the only expansion capabilities.
