The warranty would be handled out of Cyprus/Greece. I assume you are buying it from a local source and not having it shipped overseas from the US. The country from which you purchase it handles the warranty. If you buy it from US HP would not pay to ship it from Cyprus to US for warranty work if it needs it.

Here are some reviews for the version that has just the Intel 520 video:

I looked at the specs on this thing any you would be getting a lot of laptop for the money!
Is this it?

$600 for 8 gigs of RAM Geforce 950 video, FHD screen? The only weak link is the somewhat slow hard drive. For $60 more you can get a 256 gig NVME M.2 SSD which would make it a rocket ship. With cloud storage these days there is really no need to have the big, slow hard drive.
I don't think you will be sorry at that price.

i actually worry if the laptop has any issue and if i can trust this product, i am the kind of person that keep a laptop for many years until it broke up, and i need a laptop that dont have any issues and that i can trust. I think hp has a good name for its products, you think that is reliable?

You are thinking of spending about $600? I can certainly steer you to a $1500 laptop. The HP Business models like the Zbook, Probook, etc. are in that range. 3 year warranty not one year. Made from more robust materials. I believe this is the best $600 laptop you are going to find. No other laptop maker makes anything better at that price. Can you knock it around and beat it up? No. Will HP honor the warranty? Yes. Not sure what else you want me to say. You may not like the touchpad or the keyboard but that is an individual choice. Can you visit a Best Buy or another store to see if the user interface is to your liking? Hard to account for taste.

Yeah but it varies by country. Is Cyprus in the EU? Pardon my ugly American ignorance. HP laptops sold in the EU do have a warranty and there is an HP Support site for and presence in Cyprus:
