2530p with DVD Drive upgrade to SSD

I have a 2530p with DVD drive and would like to upgrade it with an SSD. I tried the Intel X18 and althought the form factor fits perfectly into the Notebook, the Harddrive connector collides on one side with the SSD housing (which is slightly different on the bottom side then the regular HD's) and id does not connect properly.

Does anyone know which 1.8" SSD fits into the 2530p ? Or if there is a different HD connector that needs to be used for SSD drives? The 2530p is available new with a SSD so there must be a solution..

are you still trying to get the ssd to fit the system? if you are, I could have a solultion. Could you post a pic of the conflict.
