6310 Officejet paper feed

Feeds 1/2 sheet & meassages"paper jam".  Cleaned it, turnied it off, reloaded software, rebooted computer, tried & tried again, same thing.  Any suggestions?  Running Windows XP. USB connection.

I have the same problem on a 7680.  Did you get any solutions here you can share? thanks
