Hi, i am an avid HP user. i had a machine which was under warranty and it stopped working. i sent it to HP for repair. the customer service representative told me that it was liquid damage which i was not aware of.
still it has some warranty left.
can i purchase a damage protection plan now to claim warranty. it was a DV7 which was hardly used.
