All of my questions and inquiries have been answered successfully.  I have successfully seen my Quad-Core information on  the AMD site.  I found a monitor there because of the answers that has been shown to me, that show the actual actions of all of the Cores in my processor.  It, in my opinion, substantiates the answer HP has given me in other phone calls to service line that the 2.4 Ghz is not implemented until the processor is loaded down.  Load it down is still to come.  The AMD site suggests some Kool Apps that might do that.  Please make all of my - dvgz A8-3510MX APU with Radeon Graphics & 1.8 Ghz/2.4 Ghz (512mb on board viideo)1 Gb DDr5 Video Graphics -- As accepted.  Thank You Mumbodog - Distnguished Professor.
