Battery for DV 6700

Hi,

 

My laptop is dv 6910 tx, a 2008 model. I am searching online for its battery but finding difficulty in finding so. Am from hyderabad. My contact is 8099507348. I have searched this battery in one of your customer support centers and didn;t found it there. kindly help me out by posting the charges of 6 cell and 9 cell batteries.

Standard battery (6 cell), search for VE06  or EV088AA

 

Extended life battery (12 cell)   VE12  or EV089AA

 

Extended life battery is larger than the one that came with your notebook and may protrude from the notebook when installed.

i've a problem with my battery indicator , it doesn't sometimes show the ac adapter plugged in, but does charging....

due to this problem my pc runs on power save mode....
