Can't install drivers for hpq0004 device

I bought a dv4-1225dx the other day and wanted to wipe it clean and start from scratch.  For compatibility issues I also went from Vista Home Premium (64bit) down to Vista Home Premium (32bit).

I've been able to hunt down every driver except for an unknown device called, "hpq0004".

From what I can tell it's the HP Mobile Data Protection System.

Anyway, I've tried to run the sp33696.exe quickpac but it fails on my system every time because the "platform isn't supported".  Also, this looks to be software and not a chipset driver.

Any ideas?

I had the same issu solved it with the sp39155.exe driver, you can find it here:

 sp39155  it is the 3D DriveGuard for win vista.

For this error under Windows 7 on a dv3z-1000, the driver file is sp45501.exe 

I am not certain of how/where one can find it for other models, but for this particular model computer, I found it  in the section labeled Software - Multimedia, and it was named HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection.  When I ran the file, a window informed me that 3D Drive Guard would be installed. 

For Windows 7, in Device Manager, the error Unknown Device disappeared and was replaced, in the System Devices section, by a device named HP Mobile Data Protection Sensor.
