HP doesn't currently offer any...but you'll need a 30W adapter if you can find it elsewhere.

No change, no new leads, no luck.  Should have gone with the Asus.

I don't think there is a direct one available, but I just use the generic 12v-110v adaptors.

Agreed it is less elegant than a direct 12v-mini adaptor.

The smallest one will handle the mini without issue. You can pick them up for $25 or less

Re: Car charger for HP Mini 1033CL PC

Thanks Brian...Thank you for the suggestions.  I will definitely check out RS.  But do you know of a charger that will connect directly with the HP Mini without going through the AC adapter?  Or do you think that using the adapter is a level of protection for the Mini?

Use a DC inverter to AC then your Minis power brick.  The Aftermarket power adpators do not have over protection and may not have a clean signal.  I wouldnt trust one myself.  Use a 90W tiny DC inverter for power 20 dollars, also have a 300w inverter which was 30 at walmart, but its a small box, where the 90W one will fit into the Cigar lighter itself with no other wiring or box.

Tartersmell-I'm a bit confused. In order to hook-up my Mini 1101 what exactly do I need?  A DC inverter AND something else?  Or does the inverter have a plug in the end that I would plug my HP power cord into?
