I agree.  I have the same problem.  I think that there is a systematic problem with these HP laptops.  This Red color issue is a problem that HP does not want to address.

 

I am the only person at my company that purchases HP laptops and I am finding it harder and harder to justify with all of problems I have had with them: Bootup, Bios, now monitor.
