Compalint regarding the fraud by HP Service Center by Changing the battery

I have Case No. 4670982193 submitted for failiur of lcd / vga problem to Rajkot and surprisingly when I get it back the battery is changed not the original one , I got the laptop in gift from u.k my friend have given it to me with bill and surprisingly the ram what shlows on display is A-Data Technology in u.k. it is not being used how to check and settle all this ? Can any one help me to find the reality of fraud settlement from HP Service Centr of RAJKOT sIMTECH  - PARESHKUMAR THAKKAR

This is a very serious allegation. Not only do I not completely understand what you are asking I am going to say that you will need a lot of proof before I will even dignify the allegation with a response.
