Connecting Bluetooth?

Hi, I'm trying to connect my Droid 2 and my HP Pavillion dm4 to one another via bluetooth. I can't seem to get my notebook to discover my phone. Bluetooth on my phone is turned on. I already have a wireless printer, is this bluetooth?
