Hi, I'm having similar problems with my machine and would really be glad if you can help. It's a Dv6 584037-001 bought my device 2 years ago and I had been experiencing a heat up problem for the past 2 months. Now although it was working fine until 2 hoursago. It's stopped starting up. Im really anxious about loosing my data. I ran the startup test and the hard disk test both show a failure of short DST: failure id: GTVA60-5ME6GH-XDOO2K-60V303 product I'd: XG750UA#ABA. Please help.
