Hi,

 

I tried uninstalling the Upper Fliters from the Registry editor, cann't find the lower fliter (I guess its not listed).

It worked the first time but the next day Dvd rom again went missing. 

I even tried going to the device manager and uninstalling the ATA Cd rom driver. It didn't work.

Please advice as to why is the Dvd rom not detected in the first place, if the solution lies there and some other ways to get it detected.

I followed all instructions but in my register there aren't lower and upper filters.

I am sure to be arrived to that path because the first item is DVD/CD-ROM drives.

 

My computer can't read most CD and DVD, even those of originals programs or hardware drivers.
