Does a OCZ SSD Agility 3 drive work with a dv9700T? Mine is not recognized by BIOS.

I purchased an OCZ SSD Agility 3 120Gb drive to install in my dv9700T CTO laptop. The drive is not recognized by the BIOS when installed in bay 1 or 2, but is recognized when connected via USB as a secondary drive. The drive works properly in a different computer, so I know the drive is working. It appears to be a problem with the SATA controller (ICH8).
Does anyone have any information on this? Would love to get the drive working in my laptop.
Thanks.
Lloyd

If you have a HDD installed in the secondary bay and the OCZ SSD in the first bay, the dv9700t boots and works fine.
