You ideally should not have disabled ""fan always on" setting in BIOS because this actually worsens it. Try to enable this option and Use your notebook on a hard surface, such as a desk, tray, or table. Also when you change settings in HP CoolSense it does take some time (maybe around 20-25mins)

Cool sense?

 

 

1) That is not usefull at all, no one keeps the HP spyware on their laptops.

 

2) NOT EVERYONE USES WINDOWS

That is so faulty, it is not a solution.

 

No one has windows, and those who do have removed the rootkit and spyware included by HP, ie we have no BS fan control software.
