I've a Dm4-3050 US model. I'm wondering if increasing the amount of physical memory helps improving the performence of the graphic/ the maximum graphic memory ( Intel HD Graphic 3000) In addition, I'd like to purchase a back lit keyboard for Dm4 beat audio version.

We are 0 for 2 here. Adding physical memory will not make the graphics any better unless you are trying to run on 1 gb of RAM. And you cannot upgrade from a nonbacklit to a backlit keyboard. If your laptop can support a backlit keyboard it has one.
