Stop using it. Every time you boot up a dying hard drive you run the risk of crashing it completely. You have a standard laptop SATA hard drive, which can be replaced. It is under the keyboard. The netbooks are a bit fragile and a little hard to work on but there are pictorial instructions available. See link below. The hard thing on a netbook is to restore the software. Do you have an external DVD drive? If not you can make a bootable usb thumb drive to reinstall Windows and software.
Start on Page 38 for instructions as to how to get to the hard drive and replace it. Be extra careful with the keyboard cable.
If your old hard drive is not too far gone it can even be cloned to the new drive or, at a minimum, your important files transferred over by a SATA to usb adapter. Post back if you have more questions.
