HP 430 Notebook PC Keyboard error

I am having a problem with my HP 430 Notebook PC (Serial No.-LV445PA#UUF). I am running Windows 7 Professional 32-bit and my keyboard won't function properly.

 

E.g.:-When I type @ it displays "

 

Now I have an even bigger problem because I can't log into my account due to the error. Please help me with this case.
