HP 4730s - HDD sound problem

Hello, i have problem with my brand new HP 4730s, when i move my notebook up and down and tilt it under some angle, noise like whistle is coming from hdd. I took it to official  service here in Belgrade Serbia. They tested the notebook on some kind of elevator and ran hdd diagnostic tool to check the hdd. It turn out that it didnt made any bad sector or problems so they said that everything is fine with hdd and that they wont change it regardless to the whistle sound. What is your suggestion and did anyone had a similar problem ?
