Welcome

I have a problem with the fingerprint reader.
I had installed Windows Vista. Do not work too well. I configured the fingerprint reader software. Some time it worked. Later, the operating system to crash. I decided to install Windows 7 Everything was ok, until I installed a program to fingerprint reader. The program asked me for a password which we do not, I created!
I do not know how to remove the password. Password that was not there. [translating - google.translator]

Hi,

 

I've exactly the same problem.

I tried to reset fingerprint device from bios but it doesn't work.

 

Do you have a solution ?
