HP DV6-6001SA Screen Display is ALL RED/PINK!!!

Please hekp, screen is all shades of red and pink, but when i connect to my tv via hdmi all is fine?

It is the backlight on the screen. You will need a new display panel. Are you under warranty?

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have tried another screen and it gives the same result, red/ pink display.

Then it might possibly be the inverter or even the video cable to the motherboard.
